Chilean Eagle
Geranoaetus melanoleucus

It can be up to 90 cms long, and you can identify it by its large wings and short tail. There are differences between males and females as well. Males have white feathers around their throats, abdomen and behind, and a black chest; while females are bigger and of a copper-brown color.
