The worst: A bit noisy at times because of the busy highway just in front of the hotel.

The worst: Muy deficiente iluminacion en la habitacion. Poco agradable la misma para leer. (estamos hablando de la noche(); no obstante, la sala de baño, excelente iluminacion a pesar de no tener ventanas, el tipo de luz estupenda. The worst: En las dos primeras noches de nuestro alojamiento,el agua de la ducha y lavatorio del baño,no salía totalmente caliente. Con el frío tan intenso y estando la perilla al máximo, el agua la sentía tibia . Parece que tenían un problema al respecto,porque cuando regresamos después de unos días a pasar otra noche,ya el agua estaba hirviendo.

The worst: Situación puntual: en una enoportunidad y nosotros encontrandonos en la habitación, personal del hotel entro a la habitación sin previo aviso, encontrandonos nosotros tomando una siesta, despertando con el susto; se llamó a recepción donde nos entregaron la información que la mucama se equivocó, pensando que la habitación se encontraba vacia. En otras oportunidades se nos tocaba a la puerta, solicitando personal del hotel poder verificar consumo del frigobar, cuando ello perfectamente pueden hacerlo durante el aseo de la habitación durante las mañanas.

The worst: Plumbing was terrible. Two mornings out of four there was either no water or only cold. Food was very ordinary. Bar was very expensive. Music in all public areas was loud and offensive.
