The worst: Serviço de atendimento do restaurante. Eu tive que esperar mais de 10 minutos para ser atendido pelo garçom, inclusive ele atendeu outras mesas que chegaram depois de mim. O atendimento da cozinha foi bom e rápido e a qualidade dos pratos também, o problema é o atendimento dos garçons. / Não conseguimos reservar quartos para familia pelo site e visitchile, então tivemos que reservar 2 quartos separados sendo 1 para o casal e 1 para minha filha adolescente porém no quarto dela existiam 2 camas de casal, portanto havia quarto familiar no hotel e não havia como reservá-los.

The worst: A bit price for the services. A hotel who received guests late at night should have a 24 hours room services, specially with meals. Very poor breakfast, not enough selection of food.

The worst: We had dinner in the restaurant and it was not very good for a hotel of this quality, in fact it was probably the worst meal we ate out in the 4 weeks we were away. The waiters were very attentive though.
