The best: The staff was very helpful in letting us check in early after a long flight. They also kept our luggage when we traveled to other parts of Chile for a few days. Nice breakfast buffet. Great location.
The worst: It is helpful to bring a Spanish phrase book to help to communicate. On the other hand you have the opportunity to practice!
