3 /5 The best: Limpeza, quartos amplos e a ducha.

The worst: Ar condicionado não funciona nesta época do ano, somente ar quente. Tive que dormir com as janelas abertas. Foi o que me orientou o funcionário, ou ligar o ventilador. Um absurdo!!! Estranho que no dia que chegamos o ar estava ligado e a temperatura estava agradável. depois deste dia só ar quente e nem estava frio. Café da manhã fraco com poucos itens e a reposição só com solicitação. Queria subir à piscina para ver a vista e disseram que estava em obras e a passagem estava trancada. o Jardim que se avista do restaurante onde se toma o café da manhã também não se pode entrar.

4 /5 The best: Muy buena ubicación. Servicio cordial. Desayuno aceptable. Buena limpieza. La piscina y el solarium son muy buenos aunque sería mejor la piscina atemperada. Buena relación calidad-precio.

The worst: Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento URGENTE. Por la categoria del hotel, el servicio de wi-fi en las habitaciones debería ser gratis.

5 /5 The best: Great location. Great breakfast and evening meals. Room comfortable, but need waste basket in room, and did not have adapter for the power point which I could use to recharge my camera and laptop. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The worst: No rubbish bin in room. Need adapters for power point to enable non chilean guests to plug in electric chargers for cameras and laptops.
