Itinerary
Reception in Punta Arenas Airport. Transfer to the local bus station in order to take regular bus heading to city of Puerto Natales. Duration 03:15 hrs. Arrival in the city. Transfer from bus station to hotel.
At 07:30 am approximately departure from your hotel to begin the full day excursion with a visit to the imposing Milodon Cave (Natural Monument) and finishing in the Torres del Paine National Park where we will have a nice panoramic view of the Paine Mountain. In this park we will admire lakes as Sarmiento, Nordenskjold and Pehoe. Its fauna will be present through huanacos and foxes, among others, likewise a big variety of birds we will be able to see during the trip. A short trek will take us to a big waterfall called "Salto Grande", which is part of the water net of the park. Then, returning to the main road accessing the administrative headquarters of CONAF to continue to the Grey Lake, where after a trek (30 minutes) through a thousand-year forest, we'll arrived in its beach to admire a great number of icebergs over the lake. Lunch included. At approximately 19:00 hrs. we estimate our arrival to the hotel inside the park. Lodging.
Grey Lake Sailing: This is a must-see in Torres del Paine, this 3-hour sailing is carried out onboard a catamaran that lead us to meet the Grey Glacier located in the Southern Ice Field, featuring a beautiful blue-colored surface. During our way to the Glacier we will enjoy an owe-inspiring landscape made up by floating icebergs, imposing mountains and untouched nature. Return to the hotel.
Breakfast. Morning at leisure to take optional excursions in and around the hotel (Hiking, Horseback Riding,etc) or simply to enjoy the scenery. At 03:30 pm return to Puerto Natales, overnight in Puerto Natales.

Faq
The best time to visit is between the months of October and April, during the spring and summer season in the southern hemisphere, when weather conditions are more favorable and trails and activities are open. In winter, some routes may be closed due to snow or extreme weather.
The most common way to get there is to fly from Santiago to Punta Arenas or to the Teniente J. Gallardo Airport in Puerto Natales, and from there take a vehicle by land to Torres del Paine Park, which is about 100 km away. It can also be reached by bus from Punta Arenas.
The park offers options for all types of visitors, from short and easy hikes, such as the one that leads to Grey Lake or the Full day to the park that we offer, to more demanding routes such as the W circuit or the O circuit. It is advisable to be in good physical shape if you plan to do long or challenging hikes.
Due to the unpredictable weather, it is essential to bring warm, waterproof clothing suitable for walking on trails. We recommend layered clothing (thermal t-shirts, fleece liners, and a waterproof jacket). Don't forget hiking boots, gloves, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a comfortable backpack for the trails.
The climate is very variable, with strong winds, frequent rains and abrupt changes in conditions. Temperatures can range from 5°C to 20°C during the day in spring and summer, and drop much lower at night. It is important to be prepared for any type of weather

The entire experience was very good. We were impressed with the structure of pick up and drop off for each day. Never were we left to fend for our self. The type of tours were a good mix of being a tourist and getting outside in the nature. Having a free morning to do an extra tour was perfect as we wanted to see the Magellan Island. The hotel quality was good or better. The Patagonia hotel was excellent. Our initial contact with visit Chile was positive. Hugo responded to every email and gave good information. Other tour companies only responded once and not ever again. It was a little nervous to put all our eggs into one basket via email only. Luckily it worked out well.
Change the last day tour to see the penguins instead of the fort. Or make it up to the traveler. Get miore involved with TripAdvisor or note more clearly that Compana is the travel company. Give a much better list of items to pack for the excursions. The zodiac boat tour to the glacier to have better English speaking guides and to have them be more prompt with time When starting.
