Itinerary
Reception at the El Tepual Airport in Puerto Montt to go to the hotel in Puerto Varas. Accommodation.

At 09:00 am (Pick up 30 minutes before the start of the excursion, subject to confirmation when booking) we will initiate our tour to Frutillar:
To get to Frutillar, we will travel along the western shore of the Llanquihue Lake. Along the way, we will pass through the small industrial town of Llanquihue, where we will take a gravel road used by the local farmers, letting us to see the beautiful old German manors used as lodging nowadays. Once we arrive in Frutillar, we will feel a different atmosphere, combining peaceful way of life, shinning gardens, colorful houses, tea rooms, and the great Teatro del Lago, located in the coastal area, facing the Llanquihue Lake.
Return to the hotel in Puerto Varas, rest of the day off, accommodation.

Sail through the owe-inspiring Todos los Santos Lake, visiting Peulla, a small ecological village with 120 inhabitants which is part of the well-known Andean Crossing. We sail through the Todos los Santos Lake for about two hours, watching the Osorno, Calbuco, Puntiagudo and Tronador volcanoes. In Peulla, you cannot miss the opportunity to take part of some excursions such as canopy, horseback riding, fishing, jetboat, 4x4 safari offered in this natural paradise. These excursions have to be booked during sailing.

Me gustó la seriedad y puntualidad antes y durante el tour.
El tour a Chiloé fue cansador. En el paseo al volcán Osorno no habÃa un oasis para el turista,ni buen restorante ni comodidades. En el tour a Chiloé el turista no contó con buenos baños ni sitios buenos para comer.

Excelente servicio! Puntualidad, buen servicio. Fantásticos guías y conductores. Victor nos condujo a Chiloé. Entretenidisimo todo el viaje.Es una persona con muchisimo conocimiento de su region que matiza con la situación actual en otras partes del mundo. Altamente recomendable. Luego, Jenny en el viaje a Peulla a través del Lago de todos los Santos: Excelente!!!Muy simpática. Hubo un pequeño tour a Frutillar que puede y deberia mejorarse.

We never made any phone calls to VisitChile.com. All of our communications were done via email. And I gotta tell you, it was great. We dealt exclusively with Hugo, and he was great. He arranged everything perfectly, answered all our questions and arranged an alternate tour when Chiloe became unavailable. We would use your company and Hugo again and would not hesitate to recommend both.

No queda muy claro el tema de la propina de los guías. Son excelentes, atentos y muy profesionales. Por desconocer la sociedad chilena uno no sabe cuanto es poco o mucho para dar. Creo que la propina debe seguir siendo voluntaria, pero Visit Chile debería sugerir un mínimo. En mi caso particular, en la primera excursión tuve un guía muy genial, eramos 7 turistas, 5 chilenos, mi mujer y yo (extranjeros) ¡Al finalizar el tour, primero bajaron los locales: gracias! gracias! muy bueno! Nosotros al bajar hicimos lo mismo. Después nos sentimos un poco mal, y peor aun cuando nos enteramos más tarde que deberíamos haberle dado una propina. Debo confesar que no vi a ningún turista salvo nosotros dándole propina a los guías. Para finalizar: "LOS GUÍAS MERECEN SU PROPINA"

Que se explique mejor que ai travessia de Peulla para Bariloche de domingo, pues me fue avisado que esto no ocorria e por este estuve 2 dias en Peulla e me falto un dia en Bariloche que podria haver sido este a mas que passamos en Peulla. Pero menos mal que Peulla es fantastica. Si, que los guias de Chile son mucho mas atenciosos y educados que los de Argentina .
