A short walk will take us to the "Salto Grande" a mighty waterfall, part of the hydrographic network of the park. This will be a long day and will take a 5-hour trip (360 kms) to get to Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina. Not always crossing Chile to Argentina means crossing the Andes. In our case, in Patagonia, the Andes Mountain Range is part of the Patagonian Archipelago. Thus, after crossing the border line, the landscape will be the vast and windy Patagonian steppe.
During the tour, it will be possible to see in the distance the Argentino Lake and the Santa Cruz River going to the Atlantic Ocean. After our arrival in Calafate, we will have a short period at disposal. Then we will continue another 80 kms until we get the park to start the excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier, unique glacier growing in the world. We will access the walkway where by several stairs joining different viewpoints, this ice giant can be seen. The return will be through the same way with 1 hour to visit the city of Calafate. A bit more time at Lake Grey and more time for lunch. The tour guides need to be aware and there are both Spanish and English speaking customers and be sure to give adequate time for instructions in both languages. Smaller group size of 10 -12 people

Tour a PERITO MORENO no alcanza tiempo para hacer todo lo que indica el programa, conocer ciudad por ejemplo ( calafate).
