Itinerary
Reception at Punta Arenas airport (we recommend taking the first flight to reach Punta Arenas before 12:00 pm) free time, lunch on behalf of passengers. Transfer to bus terminal to take bus towards the city of Puerto Natales (03:15 hours trip). Arrival in the city, transfer to hotel, accommodation and lodging.
Breakfast. At 07:30 am departure from your hotel to begin the full-day excursion that will take us first to the imposing Monumento Natural Cueva del Milodon, and later, the Torres del Paine National Park, where the welcome is a beautiful panoramic view of the Paine Mountain Range. In addition, we will admire lakes as Sarmiento, Nordenskjold and Pehoe. Its rich fauna will be through guanacos and foxes, among others, besides a large number of birds readily observable during the trip. A short walk will take us to the "Salto Grande" a mighty waterfall, part of the hydrographic network of the park. Then, returning to the main road accessing the administrative headquarters of CONAF to continue to the "Lago Gray" where after a short trek (30 minutes) in the middle of a forest millennial came to the beach where you can admire a large number of icebergs derived from the glacier. Lunch included. At 7:00 pm provides approximately the arrival to Puerto Natales. Accommodation.
Breakfast. At approximately 06:30 am with regular bus connections from Puerto Natales. This will be a long day and will take a 5-hour trip (360 kms) to get to Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina. Not always crossing Chile to Argentina means crossing the Andes. In our case, in Patagonia, the Andes Mountain Range is part of the Patagonian Archipelago. Thus, after crossing the border line, the landscape will be the vast and windy Patagonian steppe.
During the tour, it will be possible to see in the distance the Argentino Lake and the Santa Cruz River going to the Atlantic Ocean. After our arrival in Calafate, we will have a short period at disposal. Then we will continue another 80 kms until we get the park to start the excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier, unique glacier growing in the world. We will access the walkway where by several stairs joining different viewpoints, this ice giant can be seen. The return will be through the same way with 1 hour to visit the city of Calafate. At approximately 10:30 pm return to Puerto Natales city. Lodging.

Breakfast. At 7:30 am transfer from your hotel to local pier. At 08:00 am departure in a sailing excursion to Balmaceda Glacier and Serrano Glacier. This sailing lasts about 4 hours to Bernardo O'Higgins National Park. During the trip we will be able to observe the first local cattle ranches, cormorants and sea lions colonies, beech forests waterfalls and cliffs, the perfect home of majestic Condor. Once in the park we will get to Monte Balmaceda that show us, from its eastern slope, the glacier of the same name. Later we will approach land on Puerto Toro docking area, from where we will start a short trek to Serrano Glacier crossing a native forest and the lake's shore. Lunch included at Estancia Perales. Return to Puerto Natales to take the regular bus who will get us back to the city of Punta Arenas. Transportation to hotel. Lodging.
Breakfast. At time to confirm transportation to the airport in Punta Arenas.

Fue estupendo ser recibido con todo organizado, teniendo tickets comprados y hoteles pagados. El trato de todas las personas (choferes y guías) fue muy amable y atento a ayudarnos a resolver cualquier incidente. Disfrutamos mucho y quedamos muy agradecidos por todo. En el itinerario de viaje creo que pudo ser mejor que nuestro vuelo hubiera sido Santiago-Puerto Natales-Santiago, pues el llegar a Punta Arenas creo que no tenía sentido, y los traslados en bus se hicieron cansados y requirió al menos una noche de hotel extra. Después nos enteramos que en Puerto Natales sí había aeropuerto, así que podíamos haber llegado ahí directamente.

The guides services were very good and all the transports etc. worked very well.Hotel Lady Florence Dixi: The staff could be friendlier! \r\nSuggestion: When a trip starts early in the morning, the hotel should be asked to provide either an early breakfast or give a packed breakfast. It is after all included in the price and is part of the tour. Really important!
Two suggestions:1. The trip is advertised as 5 days/4 nights. I had not realized that day No. 5 is only the transport to the airport, there is no other programme. To call this "day No. 5" is not definitely exaggerated. It gives people a wrong idea.

Everything worked like clockwork. When we were due to be collected there was someone there; everyone knew that we were coming, that a lunch was ready, that promised services were there for us. We could not have been happier with the service. Every day was a wonderful, exciting adventure. We particularly liked the hotel in Puerto Natales; great room, fabulous breakfast, especially the bread.
Don't change anything! It is most unusual to pay for the entire package a month before we start.

My Patagonia tour was fascinating and stunning. It was the 5-day tour named "Torres del Paine - Perito Moreno - Glaciers" which I booked via visitchile.com. The tour was extremely well organized and every pickup was on time to the minute. The first and last day involved bus travel from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales and back. I cannot remember having seen such extraordinary sites in just a few days. The bizarre mountains at Torres del Paine National Park were extremely beautiful. The highlight of the tour was the stunning Perito Moreno glacier, where we made a boat trip along its 60 meter high ice edge. The third day involved a 3-hour boat trip along the Ultima Esperanza fjord to the Serrano glacier. After all, it was a very wonderful and exciting tour.

Podrian mejorar, disponiendo mayor información sobre los recorridos y tiempos de tours, ya que, por ejemplo, en el tour que tomamos el día de paseo a los torreos del Paine, este fue un paseo en bus, en particular buscabamos mayor tiempo de trekking, por lo demas Muy buena atención de las personas.
