Torres del Paine Throughout the Year

Day 1: Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales.

Reception at Punta Arenas Airport, transfer to the city. (Suggested flight before 1:00 p.m.). Lunch on behalf of passengers. At 03:30 pm city tour through the beautiful city of Punta Arenas with visit to a museum. Transfer to the bus station to take a regular bus to Puerto Natales (travel time 3:15 hours). Reception and transfer to the hotel. Lodging. 

Day 2: Excursion to Torres del Paine National Park.

In summer: Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from hotel to tour Torres del Paine, en route visiting the Milodon Cave, where remains have been found well preserved this prehistoric plant-eating mammal that lived there around 12,000 years ago. From there the journey continues, in which way to the Torres del Paine National Park contemplate beautiful lakes, ponds and waterfalls, to come to appreciate the Massif and the Horns of Paine in all its splendor. Boxed lunch. In the afternoon return to Puerto Natales. Accommodation in hotel.
In winter: Breakfast. At 07:30 am departure from your hotel to begin the full-day excursion that will drive us to imposing Cueva del Milodon Natural Monument and later to Torres del Paine National Park, with beautiful view of its mountains and lakes such as Sarmiento, Nordenskjold and Pehoé. Its rich "fauna" will be present through "guanacos” and "foxes", among others, besides a large number of birds, readily observable during the trip. A short trek will take us to the Salto Grande, a great waterfall flowing from the rivers of the park. Then, returning to the main road accessing the administrative headquarters of CONAF to continue to the Grey Lake where after to walk (30 minutes) through a "millenium forest" we will get to its beach, where you can admire a great deal of icebergs derived from the glacier. A box lunch is included in the service. At 07:30 pm we return to hotel in Puerto Natales. Lodging. 

Day 3: Sailing to the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure and transfer to the dock to start a wonderful navigation along the Last Hope Fjord to the Balmaceda Glacier and Serrano Glacier. Along the way, we can see colonies of sea lions and cormorants, reaching the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers where to berth in Puerto Toro, 1,000 meters walking through a beautiful native forest and the lake's shore. Lunch in Perales ranch. In the afternoon return to Puerto Natales. Transfer to hotel and lodging.

Day 4: Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to local terminal line to address bus bound for Punta Arenas Airport.
