The worst: The apartment we rented was appalling and unfit for rent, I have pictures ot prove it and they have not responded about issuing a refund. It had water on the floor, sheet were soiled, bathroom was dirty, walls were dirty

The worst: Expected better meals from La Fourchette, the meals seemed pre-prepared and would come out overcooked. I can't imagine a French chef letting meals go out like that. I think zona sul had the best food and I dont think that's the intention. We didn't like having presumptive tips, they've started that in America and it's rude. If I have an excellent waiter with good wine knowledge than I will tip15-20, if the food and service is not good I'll tip 0. The point is to encourage good service not routinely increase the bill. You are not USA. The service was generally very good and we probably tipped less because of the standard add on. If u really want to be 5 star u need fancy bedding. I'm personally happy with whatever because I was there to ski, but definitely notice 5 star bedding.

The worst: Due to lack of snow our reservation has been canceled one week before our stay and no good options have been offered by chileanski. What a shame! We had to re-schedule our vacation within only one week and we also had to cancel transport from the airport to Valle Nevado and once again no help at all from chileanski.

The worst: Acredito que como o ar (umidade relativado ar) é muito baixa existe a necessidade de uma melhor umedificação do ambiente dos quartos. Meus filhos tiveram problemas respiratórios inclusive com sangramento do nariz.

The worst: La piscina deberia estar ubicada en otro sitio mas comodo para lo huepees de Valle nevado. En el paquete deberia poderse seleccionar desayuno y almuerzo o desayuno y cena. Actividades par niños.
